Ali Rao
Rank: 20
Designation: CEO

With a bold vision and a clear understanding of Dubai’s high-end property pulse, Ali Rao has grown Titans Real Estate Consultancy into one of the city’s go-to advisors for ultra-luxury real estate. Over the past year, the firm has expanded its reach significantly, setting new standards in client experience and deal-making precision.
In 2025, Titans Real Estate made major strides by broadening its consultancy portfolio to include some of the region’s most elite projects—ranging from high-rise towers on Sheikh Zayed Road and islands in the Maldives to luxury hotels in Dubai and master-planned developments in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Rao’s leadership has been instrumental in attracting a global roster of high-net-worth individuals and major real estate developers from Europe, Asia and the United States, contributing to the company’s rapidly growing client base.
This wave of international trust is no accident; it reflects Titans’ focus on bespoke, relationship-driven service and its deep understanding of the nuances that define the top tier of Dubai’s real estate market. Titans Real Estate also had a remarkable year in terms of transactions. Under Rao’s stewardship, the firm is managing projects exceeding $1.2 billion (AED4.4 billion) in value. As the firm exits 2025, it carries forward $272.5 million (AED1 billion) in active deals and ongoing negotiations. These include private resale mandates for high-ticket land and plot deals.
The firm remains an active stakeholder in shaping a more inclusive and responsible property landscape. With exclusive inventory from developer-backed sellers, Titans maintains a solid pipeline for continued growth. What truly sets the company apart is the quality of the relationships behind its listings—many of which are built on years of trust and consistent performance.
From a revenue standpoint, 2025 closed on a high note. Titans recorded a 25% increase from the previous year, driven largely by the surge in demand for private transactions—a segment where the firm continues to excel. Looking ahead, Rao is steering Titans toward greater diversification, with revenue projected to reach $49 million (AED180 million) in 2026, supported by strategic expansion into Abu Dhabi and a renewed focus on concierge-level services.
But Rao’s ambitions extend far beyond financial metrics. This year, Titans doubled down on corporate social responsibility, launching a real estate mentorship program for UAE university students. The initiative aims to prepare the next generation of property professionals with practical insights and real market exposure. In addition, the company has partnered with local NGOs to support housing schemes and environmental initiatives, including beach clean-ups and green building awareness campaigns.
For Ali Rao, building Titans Real Estate has always been as much about creating long-term value and trust as it has been about closing high-value deals. His approach reflects a consistent commitment to quality, professionalism and purpose.
