Arthouse Private Residences, developed by Viva Living Real Estate Development in Mohammed Bin Rashid City District 11, is the product of exactly that instinct.

Arthouse was never going to be a supertall, and that was never the ambition. What the developer envisioned instead was a building where every one- and two-bedroom residence — roughly 120 in total — could offer genuine proportion and natural light, rather than being optimized purely for unit count. None of that shows up in a floor plan, but all of it shapes whether a building becomes a home or simply an address.

Arthouse will never be the tallest thing on a DubaiLand skyline, and it was never meant to be.
