There’s a certain kind of mandate that makes you pause before you even start working the numbers, and this is one of them. Emirates Property Investment has entrusted me to market a landmark plot on Sheikh Zayed Road, asking price AED 1.075 billion, and I don’t think I’ve taken on many opportunities that carry this much weight in a single transaction.
Plots like this don’t come around often. Sheikh Zayed Road has always been the spine of this city’s skyline, and a site of this scale, at this price point, is the kind of opportunity that ends up defining a stretch of it for the next generation. Getting the positioning right on something this significant means more than finding the right number, it means understanding exactly who this land is meant for and making sure the story around it matches the scale of what could be built there.
